A little about yourself:
Let's see... I'm 20, and I work as a secretary at a worldwide trading
company. I love all kinds of music, but mostly any 80's and classic rock
bands. I have two adorable kitties, Spanky and Rascal. I love going to
concerts, when we're actually lucky enough to get some cool bands here!
I'm a big movie fan as well. I Love comedies, and anything with Kevin
Spacey, Vince Vaughn, or Jim Carrey.
When
did you first hear LAG?
I remember seeing the Ballad of Jayne video back when MTV was cool.
It was so beautiful and memorable. Later on, I started buying Metal
Edge and saw a poster of L.A. Guns. I was curious to hear more of their
songs, so I bought the first two albums and home videos. From then on,
I was hooked!
Who's
your favorite member?
This question is so unfair! I love all of the band members, past and present.
Phil, Tracii, Steve, and Muddy were all sweethearts when I met them, but
I've always been more partial to Tracii. I'd love to meet Keri one day,
since I've been a fan of his for years.
Your
fav LAG album and song?
It's impossible to pick just ONE of each. For songs, since they vary depending
on my mood, how about a top 10? Over The Edge, Sex Action, One Way Ticket,
Crystal Eyes, Rip & Tear, Never Enough, Bitch Is Back, Electric Gypsy,
One More Reason, and Malaria. I hate to play favorites, but if I had to
just choose one album, it'd be the self-titled, with Cocked & Loaded
and Hollywood Vampires coming in a *very* close second.
What's
your best LAG story?
I don't really have much of a story to tell. It was the first time I saw
them, July 30, 2001. I was SO nervous meeting them after the show, the
only thing I could manage to say to everyone was, "Can I take a picture
with you?". I wish I could've told them they seriously kicked ass
that night and make some conversation, but my mind just went blank. While
I was taking the picture with Phil, he started playing with my hair and
kept saying he liked it. Then later when he came out during FPC, I gave
him the rock on sign and he blew me a big kiss. :) Tracii was very laid
back and all smiles. Steve caught me off-guard by automatically shaking
my hand and thanking me for coming to the show. Muddy was adorable and
drew a big heart on the photo I had him sign. Overall, it was an amazing
night I'll never forget!
