Welcome to FAN OF THE MONTH!
November's Fan of the Month is from the UK. She has been on the board for a little over a year and is definitely one of the more quite people around here. ;) But less can be more at times and we thought it was high time we got to know her a little better - so go ahead and see what EMMA has to tell us. Congrats, Emma! :)
Screen Name?![]() Emma
And what is your real name?
Please tell us a little about yourself (Job, hobbies, etc.): Any sports based activies - I love any kind of sport - either watching or taking part. Animals are quite a big part of my life and I love anything to do with horses/horse riding - which I have been doing since I was about 6 years old (I am 33 now so quite a long time)! I am half Indian (I can cook a lovely curry!!) so family is really important to me - any spare time I have I am always visiting my family (mum, dad (and various pets) and sister, brother - in - law, niece). Does shopping, shoes and handbags also count as a hobby - I think it does!! |
How/when and why did you get into L.A. Guns? I can't really remember but I must about been about 14/15 and either saw a magazine article about them or saw something on the television - I still have all the old albums on tape cassette. What is your favourite song/album? Can I say more than one song ...... electric gypsy, sex action, bitch is back .... all the old stuff. Now share your favourite L.A. Guns story/memory, please: Seeing them for the first time in Dudley this year and getting to meet some of the people from the board. Even my husband - who has a completely opposite taste in music to me - thought they were great. |
What other bands do you like? All the 80s bands .... Faster Pussycat, Every Mother's Nightmare, Tora Tora, Cinderella, Skid Row .. etc etc. What is /are your favourite book(s)? I will read practically any book. I actually belong to a Book Club which is great because you get to read books you otherwise would not pick.
Maybe not such more movies, but I love going to the theatre and watching all the musicals - FAME, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Guys n Dolls, Footloose, Miss Saigon - I have probably seen them all. |
