Welcome to FAN OF THE MONTH!

FAN OF THE MONTH for MARCH goes to a long time poster and fan AMANDA. Congrats Amanda!

Just me hangin out at the Metal Sludge New Years Eve party at Billy
Morris's Hi-Fi club

Your Name: Amanda Harbath

Where are you from? Born and raised in Ohio, cuurently live in Painesville, Ohio

A little about you: I am very outgoing and love to go to concerts. I try to be cool but I am quite a dork, just ask my buddy Paul! LMAO I enjoy music and love to hang out with my musician friends. I love to travel. I am a beach bum in the summer hanging out on our boat or cruisin on the jetski. I am married to an awsome guy who puts up with all my crazyness. I have 2 great kids and 2 cats and a dog. My daughter is also a big LA GUNS fan and I can't wait to take her to her 1st concert which will definately be LA GUNS! I also have a group that I run on Myspace.com called Friends and Fans of LA GUNS.

Favorite member and why: Kelly was my fave for along time and still is one of my favorite members. I think the first like 10 times I got to talk to him were the greatest. And Muddy was such a sweetheart too. Now I would have to say that Steve is my fave band member. He is such a sweet caring guy and one hell of a great drummer. And can't forget he gives the best hugs! He has that big brother quality to him like he
watches out for you.

Favorite song: This is sooooo hard to choose as I love so many of them because each holds a special memory of some type for me, but I would have to go with Nothing Better To Do because Kelly sang that one!

My "Mini Me" Maggie rockin the LA GUNS T-shirt and her new guitar.

Favorite album: Love them all for one reason or another but I would have to say Vicious Circle is my ultimate fave.

When did you first hear LAG: I can't remember the 1st time I actually heard them but I know it was in 1989. I think it was one of my usual I saw them in Metal Edge and thought they were hot so I bought the self titled cassette and I was hooked for life!

Favorite LAG show: I have seen them play live around 30 times and each time is better than the last. They have all been great! I even saw them without Phil and they still rocked but I would definately say that the gigs with Phil were the best and I can't pick just one but I am pretty excited about the show on March 5th in LA the night before my birthday. Does this qualify for a fave show?

Any last words: LA GUNS has always been a big and important part of my life. Their music has helped me through some pretty dark times in my life and I think without them who knows where or how I would have ended up. I have formed several great friendships with people I have met because of LA GUNS both at shows and on the message board. LA GUNS fans are the greatest bunch of people I have ever met and I think we are a bigger family than the Deadheads! Rock On you guys and gals rule! It's kinda funny, I never thought I would get this honor bestowed upon me! Thanx!!!!!!
