Welcome to FAN OF THE MONTH!

FEBRUARY FAN OF THE MONTH goes to the owner of the PHIL LEWIS MUSEUM and FAN CLUB. Congrats Becca!

Your Name: Rebecca Christian

A little about you: Well I am 24 years old, I am in the United States Air Force and am stationed in South Carolina. Though thankfully I am getting out in a couple of months! Whoohoo! I'm American born, English at heart. :P Right Pat and Spoony!? Oh and with that in mind, I have to be the biggest Girl fan in the world. *grin*

Favorite member and why: Dude, that is a loaded question. lmao. Okay okay, my favorite band member is Phil Lewis. Why? Oh lord, I hope you have a few hours ;) No just kidding. Phil is just the best frontman ever. I lovelovelove his voice and all of his music, from Girl to LAG and everything in between. I have to say that More Purple is the most beautiful album I have ever heard, with Tuesdai being my absolute most favorite song from it. And yeah okay, if it wasn't obvious before, I have to admit to a huge crush on him. *blush* I just think he's really super cool.

Favorite song: Well...it really is very hard to choose just one favorite, but The Ballad of Jayne will always always be special to me. No matter how many times they play it live ;) That song changed my life. It brought me to LAG which in turn, also changed my life. So it means a lot to me.

Favorite album: Okay I love all the albums with Phil, but I do have a top three, though it's not in order. :P Cocked and Loaded, Man in the Moon, Waking the Dead.

When did you first hear LAG: I saw The Ballad of Jayne on the Top 40 Hair Bands countdown on VH1 and just fell in love right there. LOL. Also, the 100 Most Metal Moments played a huge role, but that's the long version ;)

Favorite LAG memory: *sigh* Well, being as I'm still a baby LAG fan, I haven't seen or met the band yet, so I don't really have any memories in that regard. But a good memory for me would be getting my signed posty from Sam and the band. *beams* That made my day. Almost like the guys were apart of the Brigade. *grin* But I also remember things like when I first got Cocked and Loaded and it was all I could listen to for weeks. Or when I got the Girl anthology and fell in love with them, too. All 95847 psychotic chats with the Usuals (MOONBABIES!! lmao) And all of their stories. LOL. Oh, or the first time I saw Love, Peace and Geese. *inlove* And The Christmas Exchange and The Postcard Brigade. Mostly forum stuff I guess LOL. But hopefully this year I'll get to make my own real LAG memories. Then I'll have Cherie update this page ;) hehehe.

Fill in the blank....
Steve is: an absolute sweetheart! Hopefully I get one of those infamous Steve Riley hugs ;)

Adam is: just adorable. :P My favorite bassist for sure. *grin*

Your favorite LAG guitarist: Umm...probably either Keri Kelli or Stacey Blades. I've never seen the band live *sob* but I've seen Keri on the Hellraisers Ball DVD and he is wicked for sure. And I hear lots of good things about Stacey, so he's cool in my book. :)

Any last words: HOLY CRAP I'M FOTM!! LOL. I'm still in shock! I haven't even been a fan a whole year! LOL. Just thanks for picking me! I now have a perma-grin on my face. Hehe. And to the Usuals...thanks for being my friends. Ya'll took me under your wings and I've felt completely at home at the LAG Forums ever since. Seriously, LAG changed my entire life and has led me to nothing but good things. I am planning my first trip to London because of them (which I've dreamt about forever now) I was in a terrible terrible funk before I got into LAG and I haven't been back to that in the 8 months I've been a fan, or a forum member. Ya'll mean the world to me (the band and the forum!) and I've never been happier! Oh, and Theresa: PGFL!! *grin*
