Welcome to FAN OF THE MONTH!

FEBRUARY'S FAN OF THE MONTH goes to one of the younger members of the message board and a HUGE fan of the band. Thanks to TREVOR GUNS we also have a band history on the site. Thanks Trevor and congrats!

Name:
Trevor Johnsen or Trevor Guns for short

Where are you from?
Rockford Illinois. I put the “Rock” in Rockford. Everyone knows that.

A little about you...
I am a student at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb Illinois (a little shit hole town about 40 minutes south-east of Rockford). I’m studying to be a teacher. Someday. I’ve been working at Pep Boys automotive superstore in Rockford part time to make money to buy gas and 80’s cock rock CD’s.

Favorite Album:
Definitely the first album and Waking the Dead.

Favorite Song:
There are too many, but “Over the Edge” and “Beautiful” are probably my favorites. Like I said, the first album and Waking the Dead…most of the songs on those get me going.

Best show you've been to:
It’s a tie between Butch Walker in Chicago (the windy city, I can’t talk shit about Chicago, but it’s about an hour east of Rockford) October of 2003 …and LA Guns in Freeport Illinois (a little shit hole town about 40 min west of Rockford) July of 2002. Oh, and Motley Crue in Rockford November of ’97. So we'll just say LA Guns in Freeport 2002.

(Web Raven Note: I was at that Motley Crue show in Rockford, November of '97 too! It was a great show.)

Other bands you like:
Cheap Trick, Motley Crue, Butch Walker, and you know, all those more rockin’ 80’s bands like Skid Row, RATT, Guns N Roses, and all the more LA Guns related bands like Love/Hate and GIRL.

Interests / Hobbies:
Going to www.homestarrunner.com to watch the strong-bad email cartoons. Collecting concert (cough) bootlegs of LA Guns and Motley Crue, among others. Sleeping, going to concerts in “the city”, watching James Bond movies (just the ones with SC & RM), and playing the guitar.

Last Words:
Yeah, work like you don’t need the money and dance like nobody’s watching! HI to all my friends who will never see this. Oh hey, and it’s my sister’s birthday this month. And she’s the koolest 16 year old chick in the world, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY ERICA!!! She likes it when I sing "The Ballad of Jayne".
