Please tell us a little about yourself (job,
hobbies, etc.):
I am a wife, a
mother of 3 and I have 4 cats who think they rule my world. I am a very
simple down to earth person with a very unique way of thinking. I have
fun at anything I do but, I have a very serious bitchy side as well. My
hobbies include, softball (which I can no longer play) I love music of
all kinds, dancing, camping, cooking and I collect frogs. I work from
home now so I spend a lot of time on Myspace. Not sure if that is a hobby
or an addiction. I used to spend a lot of time in Hollywood partying it
up with 80's rock stars and roaming Sunset Strip, road trips and lots of
booze! Now I stay home feed my cats, work, clean and
watch CSI on a daily basis. I totally enjoy the domestic life again,
but I am still the Crazy Bighaired Gooch! Professionally I am an independent
contractor and I work as a Loan Consultant for a Mortgage Banker/Broker
(Shameless plug for Loangodiss@aol.com )(
Murray Mortgage).

How did you get into L.A. Guns?
It was back in 1988, My ex Husband has the
cassette in our old Green Ford LTD, and I heard the song Bitch
is Back. I then adopted that as my theme song. We used to spend our Saturday
nights watching Head Bangers Ball and I then became an even bigger fan
because I thought Tracii was an amazing Geetar player! In 1998 we went
to see LAG and Bang Tango at a free show at Pharoah's Lost Kingdom. After
a long ass day at work and weather in the 100 degree factor, Tracii must
have felt sorry for us as we melted in the front row rocking our little
hearts out. He brought us both a bottle of water and I decided at that
very moment I would dedicate my life to this band. ( Not really but,
I was so worthy at that moment and was suffering from heat exhaustion).
What is your favorite song/album?
I love all of the music. The 1st album will
always have a special place in my heart since it has my theme song. I
remember cruising in my Honda and both of my kids in the back seat singing
Sex Action! lol. My son thought it said SANG SATSHO! Whatever that is!
But it was truly funny to see him sing it at the top of his lungs. Each
and every album has a special place because it probably got me through
or was a part of some life experience I was going through at one time
or another.
Now tell us your favorite L.A. Guns story/memory, please:
Well for the most
part I have to plead the 5th to this question. At one point in time I
became a den mother/groupie and I use this term very lightly. So for
some very generic good times I have had with this band. Most every concert
we saw from 1998 on, from them being heckled by Pick Mooch, breaking
their concentration as I whipped
out my Billy Bob teeth, giving Tracii his Jimmy Page pics, Tracii signing
my daughters guitar for her 12th birthday, all the birthday parties, the
after parties, the
jam nights at the Catclub, moon walking in the parking lot behind the Whiskey,
hummus and pita at Swingers, breakfast at Mel's, Matzah Ball soup at Jerry's,
the Vegas road trips, falling asleep in Pinky's parking lot while I
breathed in bus exhaust, drinking wine and listening to jazz/blues with
Steve on the bus, the speeding tickets I have collected from road trips, the
time Tracii called
my house and my sister thought it was a prank call, most of all
the great friend I have met on this forum and in person, the pudding
fights, anal eaze, frozen trout, dancing banana's. This band and forum
actually got me through a rough stage in my life when I went through
my divorce and the continued friendships I made have been awesome, and
are truly cherished. Ok enough SAP!

What other bands do you like?
I love all music, anything from the 80's classic
rock, some country, punk, blues, jazz, dance, rap, metal. There isn't
much I don't like except that death metal stuff my son listens to. That
gives me a headache!
Any famous last words? I doubt seriously
my words will be famous and however I do love having the last words.
I have had a lot of fun with this
band, and truly consider them my friends. Unfortunately due to the respect
I have for them this questionnaire had to be kept as a "PG" rating
lol. Who knows maybe I will write a book one day. "Tales from the Bus" "LA
Guns, the Men the Music the OMG I did not just see that" "The Frozen
Trout Years" Peace,
I love you all, thank you for this Honor. It's about Freakin Time!
Cherie and Flynn, thank you for making and keeping this forum what it is.

YOU ROCK!
